Applications:	-rugged and high speed filament winding of composites -treating and handling graphite fibers -Unwinding DuPont^TM KEVLAR Ž fiber and other Aramid fibers -optical fiber / fiber optic processing -processing and handling wires of any gauge down to 1/2 mil or smaller -handling and processing very delicate fibers made of any type material -filter winding and filter manufacturing -extremely accurate, very fast to very slow fiber processing
Maximum Speed:	-700 ft/min take-up (unlimited) to over +1,200 ft/min
Tension Ranges:	-changeable (full scale) tension ranges from: 50 grams to 20 +pounds
Tension Adjustment:	-from 0% to 100% of the "full scale" tension range
Minimum Tension:	-lowest tension achieved is 1/2 gram at 1000 feet per minute
Maximum Tension:	-highest tension is limited to 65 inch pounds (without special options)
Dynamic Deviation:	-constant payout/take-up 0.3% of full scale (+ 0.15%)
Dynamic Error:	-payout or take-up + 1% of full scale
Sensor Accuracy:	-0.09% of full scale
Tension Command:	-manual or remote 0 to 10 VDC = 0 to 100% of full scale range -may be interfaced to winder computer, controller or PLC
Power Requirements:	-120 VAC 50 HZ to 60 HZ - current determined by number of units
