Tensioner Electronic cabinets come in sizes which will hold the electronics for maximum of 2, 4, 8, 16 or 20 tensioners.   For large systems, larger electronic cabinets can be ordered or the smaller cabinets can be linked together to operate several hundred tensioners at the same time.

To reduce initial cost, you can (for example) order a 16 tensioner cabinet, wired for 12 tensioners and delivered with 4 tensioners.  At a later date, when you need the remaining six tensioners, you order and install the lower cost  "plug in" units.

8 Tensioner Electronic Control Cabinet   
The selectable true tension meter is located on the center top of the cabinet. Just below is the tension set-point control which is able to set all tensioners instantaneously (on the fly) during the winding process.

20 Tensioner Electronic Control Cabinet 

<-------- Three additional (programmable) tension set-point controls

This is a custom built 20 tensioner electronic control cabinet. It has one (local) tension control that can adjust all 20 tensioners instantly. It also has three additional set-point controls which can be programmed to change the tension on the fly during the winding process.

8 Tensioner Electronic Cabinet Wired for 7 Tensioners
 (with all options installed)

Individual set-point controls, individual LED set-point meters and individual true tensioner meters. External true tension output, external fault warning and external remote tension command (set-point) control of all tensioners.
