BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER is designed to invade and release a broad spectrum of epoxy resin formations from surface areas. This unique formulation is designed to replace MEK, MIBK, Toluene, Acetones, and Chlorinated solvents in the removal and detachment of epoxy resin systems. BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER is environmentally safe and user friendly and complies with California Proposition 65. CHARACTERISTICS: BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER is a 100% active compound which invades, detaches, and expands the epoxy resin to the point of release. BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER is very slow in evaporation, which makes it very desirable for open tank re-circulating systems. Because BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER does not dissolve the epoxy, but rather detaches it, the BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER does not become contaminated and therefore provides economies due to long use life. BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER can be used in cold dip operations or heated dip tanks to allow faster removal times. BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER is designed to be used in applications where solvents like MEK, MIBK, Toluene, Acetones, and Chlorinated solvents will adversely affect the substrate material. APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Cold dip tank soaks 2. Heated dip tank - temperature from 100’F to 170’F 3. Spray and brush applications 4. Moist wrap soak REFERENCE NOTES: In plant work with BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER indicates the particular epoxy being removed will determine the removal time and the use of cold dip vs. heated dip method. In virtually all cases the application of heat will accelerate the activity of the BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE NOTE: BIO-SAFE 1025 EPOXY RESIN REMOVER and its ingredients are in full compliance with California Proposition 65 and contains no substances which are carcinogenic under Proposition 65 Toxic Risk Screening Procedures. |
